Administrative Assistant \ tasks/responsibilities but are not limited to: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team Assist with data entry, document organization, and file management (digital and physical) Support project documentation such as job folders, cost codes, and basic reports Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting notes Handle email correspondence and internal communications professionally Support HR and recruiting tasks such as tracking applicants, onboarding documents, and employee records Help prepare invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, and basic accounting records (training provided) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company records Perform other administrative duties as assigned
