Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $75k–$85k | Outpatient Setting

Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Bethpage, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care

  • Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans

  • Fabricate custom splints as needed

  • Document evaluations and treatment progress

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate

  • NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible

  • Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)

  • Strong communication and patient education skills

  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

  • Sensory integration experience a plus

  • Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
