Job Details

Position Summary

Provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Finance and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Works closely to support daily financial operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to finance leadership.

  • Manage correspondence, communications, scheduling, and complex calendars.

  • Assist The Director of Finance and COO with day-to-day administrative and financial activities.

  • Coordinate vendor check requests, physician stipends, on-call payments, and supply/service requisitions.

  • Manage physician, rental, and other hospital agreements.

  • Maintain Hospital Policy and Procedure Manuals on the Intranet.

  • Record and prepare meeting minutes for designated hospital committees.

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of charge card purchases.

    Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Maintain punctual attendance in accordance with hospital policy.

  • Complete mandatory education and comply with fire/safety and infection control requirements.

  • Adhere to hospital dress code and identification badge requirements.

  • Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, sound judgment, accountability, and a professional attitude at all times.

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in healthcare.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, complex schedules, and confidential information.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

  • Attention to detail.

Salary Range

USD $36.57 - USD $40.79 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
