Description
Are you an experienced customer service professional passionate about building relationships and delivering outstanding support? Robert Half is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to handle complex inquiries, mentor junior representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve complex customer issues through phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
Lead by example—demonstrate best practices and offer guidance to junior team members.
Build strong client relationships and act as an escalation point for challenging cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to proactively solve issues and improve customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and track follow-up tasks in our CRM system.
Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Stay up to date on product and service knowledge to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service or client relations role.
Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM software and multi-channel support environments.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Previous mentorship or leadership experience within a customer support team is highly preferred.
