Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems and be eager to contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
Follow company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Attend safety meetings and actively participate in the safety program.
Conduct daily inspections of industrial machinery and equipment, reporting any defects or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
Move, assemble, install, or dismantle machinery as required.
Operate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently.
Perform visual inspections of equipment, identify needed repairs, and assist in repair tasks.
Undertake general labor duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and general clean-up of areas and equipment throughout the yard.
Communicate effectively over the radio with teammates for traffic coordination, production updates, and safety procedures.
Cross-train and assist other teammates as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Experience with schematic and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with PLC control and electrical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of maintenance repair and 3-phase systems.
Experience with Allen-Bradley systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to operate a forklift and/or skid steer.
Flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to wear necessary PPE while working or in the yard.
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Work Environment
The work environment is not climate-controlled, with cold temperatures in the winter and warm temperatures in the summer. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am and Saturdays as required. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
