Job Title: Business Manager for a granite and marble fabrication shop

Schedule: Full-time, must be available Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Supervisory Role: Yes

Job Duties:

The Business Manager for a granite and marble company is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the business runs efficiently. Duties include managing sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationships to drive growth and maintain the company's reputation, as well as coordinating with suppliers and overseeing inventory management.

The role involves leading a team of employees, providing direction, training, and support, and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and analyzing performance to meet financial goals. Additionally, the Business Manager oversees the office, fabrication shop, offsite installation crews, independent contractors, accounting, and overall business and property operations.

The position requires working closely with spanish and english speaking contractors, architects, and designers to ensure materials meet specific project requirements, conducting quality inspections, and addressing challenges. By balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, the Business Manager ensures continued success and high-quality results for the company.

Supervision of Other Employees:

• Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive
• Assemblers and Fabricators, All Other (These employees are Spanish speakers; an ideal candidate is Bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish )
• Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Workers, All Other

• Accountants and Auditors

   

Employment Experience Required:

Requires at least 4-5 years of prior experience in roles involving management, customer service, or operations. Experience in related fields such as construction, manufacturing, or interior design.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the countertop fabrication and installation business management field.
