Position Overview

The Senior Director, Digital Data Products leads Marriott’s digital data strategy, enabling data-driven optimization of guest-facing and internal digital experiences. This role oversees experimentation platforms, digital product analytics, and in-property digital touchpoints to ensure seamless, personalized, and efficient interactions across booking engines, loyalty platforms, kiosks, and signage.

As a senior leader within the Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization, this position partners closely with digital product teams to embed analytics and experimentation into the digital ecosystem. Through strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Director drives innovation in digital data capabilities, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures Marriott’s digital experiences deliver measurable engagement and operational impact.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product, data, or analytics leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative or technology-related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven success in enabling data-driven digital experiences and experimentation.

  • Deep understanding of digital product ecosystems, including booking engines and loyalty platforms.

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, user journey analytics, and in-property digital tools.

  • Strong command of data-driven decision-making and product lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated ability to align digital data capabilities with strategic business goals.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Inspirational leader with a track record of fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for digital data products supporting guest and associate experiences.

  • Oversee digital experimentation platforms to enable A/B testing and pilot programs.

  • Partner with digital product teams to embed analytics into booking engines, loyalty platforms, and other tools.

  • Support in-property digital touchpoints such as kiosks and signage with data insights and performance tracking.

  • Align digital data capabilities with business and technology strategies to drive engagement and efficiency.

  • Collaborate across domains to ensure digital data products support personalization and operational goals.

  • Define and track performance metrics including user engagement, conversion rates, and operational impact.

  • Prioritize investments and roadmap initiatives in partnership with digital and technology stakeholders.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team focused on digital data innovation and enablement.
