PMD CNC Programmer & Design Engineer in BETHEL, Minnesota
We are looking for a CNC Programmer & Design Engineer who bridges the gap between digital development and physical manufacturing. This role is programming-heavy, requiring a candidate who spends their time split between programming and design, and hands on setting up and running production. __ Key Responsibilities Design & Programming: Utilize SolidWorks and Fusion260 to design and program complex components and complex thermoform tooling. Simulation & Verification: Run full machine simulations to optimize cycle times before code ever hits the machine. Machine Operation & Setup: Transition from the office to the shop floor to perform setups and run high-value, low-volume production batches. Continuous Improvement: Analyze tool wear and cycle data to redesign parts or paths for better manufacturability (DFM).
