Philips Installed Base Manager in Best, Netherlands

The Installed Base Manager is accountable for the global commercial steering of the IGT Systems installed base, with a clear focus on value maximization, proactive replacement, lifecycle decision-making and performance management. The role operates at a global, cross-functional level and ensures that installed base insights are translated into structured strategies, disciplined governance and measurable commercial outcomes.

Your role:

  • Define and drive a global installed base program focused on proactive replacement, lifecycle steering and value maximization across the IGT‑S portfolio.

  • Own the end‑to‑end global ESL (End of Service Life) extension process, including intake, assessment, governance and escalation of regional requests.

  • Work closely with Product Management, PLCM and CLV teams to translate installed base insights into portfolio, replacement and lifecycle decisions.

  • Establish and drive strong performance and daily management for installed base topics, including KPIs, dashboards and management cadence.

  • Act as the global commercial interface for installed base topics across Sales, Marketing and Service in the regions, enabling alignment and execution.

  • Leverage data, digital tools and AI‑enabled analytics to enable proactive steering and improve decision quality.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial performance management, analytics and cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with a digital and AI‑first mindset.

  • Fluent in English

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
