Adecco US, Inc. Travel RN in Berwick, Pennsylvania

Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our client to hire a Travel RN in Berwick, PA area.

This is an in-person/on-site role providing care in patients’ homes within the surrounding service area.

Type: 3-month contract (with possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM/every other weekend required

Pay Rate : $53–$55.90/hour, depending on experience

Coverage Areas: Berwick, PA

Mileage: Mileage reimbursed

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Provide patient care in the home for home health patients in the field.

· Manage patient cases and follow the care plan for each patient.

· Experience in Hospice preferred

· Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed.

· Educate patients on medications, including how to take them safely and correctly.

· Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the care team or physician.

· Document all care, updates, and patient progress in the EMR system (Homecare Homebase if used).

Required Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse (RN) license required and active in the state of practice.

· Prior home health/hospice experience required.

· Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system strongly preferred.

· Home Health experience required

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.91 per hour
