ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Bernville, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bernville, PA
Pay Range: $16.25 plus shift differentials
Shift:
1st
Monday - Friday
7am - 3pm
2nd
Monday - Friday
3:30pm - 11:30pm
3rd
Monday - Friday
11pm - 7am
Weekend
Saturday -Tuesday
7am - 5pm
What's the Job?
Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack, shipping, receiving, and stocking
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
Build pallets and prepare shipments for dispatch
Assist with general maintenance and cycle counting activities
Support team members in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
What's Needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation setting is preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy environment and adhere to safety standards
