? What You’ll Do
At Woodridge, you’ll buildlong-term relationshipswith residents and their families, providing personalized care acrosslong-term care,memory care, andsub-acute rehabunits. You’ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside nurses, providers, physical and occupational therapists.

We’re hiringLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)who are:
Licensed to practice in Vermont
Experienced with at least 12 months of hospital-based nursing
