Part-time, Per diem

The RN Supervisor is responsible for new client intakes, managing staff, overseeing client care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and helping to train new personnel. The RN Supervisor works closely with the Client Services Coordinator to delegate to, and assign staff and monitor their activities. Nurse supervisors interact with families, as well as clients' PCPs. They oversee and supervise the work activities of in-home staff, including Home Health Aides (LNA's) and Homemakers. RN Supervisors work to assure client and staff satisfaction and quality of service. They provide staff education especially regarding policies and procedures and program requirements. Flexible hours, agency open 7:30 am to 4 pm weekdays. Experience is required. Some travel in Coos County is required with IRS mileage compensation. Hybrid work with office hours and in-home visits.

Pay: From $37.00 per hour

Benefits available after 20 hours, except health insurance which is available after 30 hours.
