You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from aligning on new roles with hiring managers, conducting interviews with qualified candidates, to delivering high‑quality shortlists. Through exciting projects, you contribute your expertise and ensure close collaboration with our sourcing specialists.Join our Talent Sourcing Center in Berlin and support recruitment for diverse positions accros the EMEA region.

How you create impact

  • Defining and executing the most effective sourcing strategy for each open position, in alignment with the hiring manager.

  • Owning the end‑to‑end recruitment process and acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.

  • Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent. #LI-AM1

  • Monitoring relevant labor markets and staying up to date with recruitment trends and developments.

  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and managing long‑term candidate relationships.

What we would like you to bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences; Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a comparable HR role.

  • Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment processes.

  • Hands‑on expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and XING, plus strong interest in recruitment trends.

  • Strong passion for recruitment and enjoyment working in an international environment.

  • Consultant and business partner mindset, aiming to deliver impactful, high‑quality hiring solutions.

  • Confident, proactive “can‑do” attitude with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Fluent Polish and English are mandatory; German or French would be an advantage.
