Here’s what your day will look like:
Setting up and taking down the breakfast buffet
Supervising the buffet during service hours
Preparing various breakfast dishes à la minute
Preparing multi-course menus for our conference guests and tour groups
Adhering to all HACCP standards
You will primarily work during breakfast and lunch hours
What we’re looking for in you:
Completed aprrenticeship as a chef
Passion for cooking
Ability to convey expertise to other staff members
Ability to work according to HACCP standards
Structured and self-motivated work style
High level of quality and sustainability awareness
Reliability and ability to handle stress
Desire for professional development
