To strengthen our bar team, we are currently seeking a Commis de Bar (m/f/d) for our “The Curtain Club.”
Here’s what your day will look like
Warmly greeting and seeing off all guests
Providing service-oriented care for guests
Taking all orders and offering excellent advice to guests
Taking into account and fulfilling all guest requests and preferences
Preparing and serving our aperitifs and cocktails
Interacting and communicating with guests and building long-term relationships through personalized, individual, and first-class service
Preparing the daily mise-en-place
Ensuring a smooth service flow
Implementing all The Ritz-Carlton standards
Adhering to hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
What we expect from you
Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
Relevant professional experience as a bartender/server, ideally in upscale dining
Solid technical expertise in the preparation of aperitifs and cocktails
Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
Confident and professional demeanor and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Excellent hospitality skills with a consistently positive demeanor
Enjoyment of daily guest interaction and a passion for the hospitality industry
Team player, ability to multitask, and a hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of creating special moments
