Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite and/or remote) in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate Starting at : $64.20 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a highly experienced Systems and Data Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and technical expert who thrives on transforming complex business requirements into powerful SAP solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across enterprise systems.

As a Systems and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions that support large-scale aerospace operations. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, architects, and developers, you’ll help design and deliver solutions that improve quality processes, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless system integration across the enterprise.
Your expertise will directly contribute to digital transformation initiatives that support advanced aerospace manufacturing and operations.
What You’ll Do
In this highly collaborative role, you will help drive end-to-end SAP project implementation while ensuring systems meet evolving business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead requirements gathering, documentation preparation, solution design, realization, and deployment for SAP S/4HANA projects
Collaborate with business SMEs, solution architects, developers, and vendor consultants to evaluate current processes and propose system enhancements
Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and application design documents
Configure SAP solutions to support business needs and maintain related documentation
Support full-cycle configuration and implementation within SAP Quality Management (QM)
Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, unit tests, and integration tests to validate system functionality
Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution during testing and deployment cycles
Manage and coordinate development of WRICEF objects with ABAP development teams
Work with tools such as Signavio process modeling, JIRA, and Tricentis Tosca testing
Contribute to project delivery using SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development frameworks
Support cross-functional integration with other SAP modules including Production Planning, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse systems
Maintain and improve documentation for system configurations and application design
Required Qualifications
12+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) consulting experience
4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Quality Management
Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations
Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments
Expertise integrating SAP Quality Management with external systems
Experience with SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reports
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with significant technical expertise This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP QM inspection types (01, 0101, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 0808, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17)
Experience with:
Sample schemes and procedures
Dynamic modification rules
Inspection methods and plans
Results and defect recording
Usage decisions and quality notifications
Quality planning, inspections, and certification processes
Experience integrating SAP QM with modules such as:
SAP PP (Production Planning)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Experience using SAP Fiori interfaces
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development frameworks
Experience supporting aerospace and defense industry programs
SAP certifications in SAP S/4 PP, QM, or MM

Pay Details: $64.20 per hour
