Our client, a leading enterprise in the technology and automation sector, is seeking a Control M Expert to join their dynamic team. As a Control M Expert, you will be an integral part of the IT Operations department supporting global automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

What's the Job?
Manage all aspects of Control-M scheduling functions, including administration, migrations, and upgrades.
Provide architectural guidance and support for large-scale Control-M projects, including capacity planning and issue resolution.
Lead migration efforts from third-party schedulers such as CA7 and Autosys to Control-M.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and best practices for workload automation.
Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to optimize job workflows and ensure seamless operations.
What's Needed?
Extensive experience with Control-M platform engineering, including installation, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong knowledge of Linux scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Experience with large enterprise environments, managing thousands of agents and millions of jobs monthly.
Ability to provide architectural insights and recommendations for Control-M deployment and capacity planning.
Excellent technical writing and presentation skills, with familiarity in cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
