ManpowerGroup Control M Expert in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

Our client, a leading enterprise in the technology and automation sector, is seeking a Control M Expert to join their dynamic team. As a Control M Expert, you will be an integral part of the IT Operations department supporting global automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Control M Expert

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

What's the Job?

  • Manage all aspects of Control-M scheduling functions, including administration, migrations, and upgrades.

  • Provide architectural guidance and support for large-scale Control-M projects, including capacity planning and issue resolution.

  • Lead migration efforts from third-party schedulers such as CA7 and Autosys to Control-M.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and best practices for workload automation.

  • Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to optimize job workflows and ensure seamless operations.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience with Control-M platform engineering, including installation, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Strong knowledge of Linux scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.

  • Experience with large enterprise environments, managing thousands of agents and millions of jobs monthly.

  • Ability to provide architectural insights and recommendations for Control-M deployment and capacity planning.

  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills, with familiarity in cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
