Job Title: Packaging Associate
Job Description
As a Packaging Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling various packaging tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Verify that de-molded products meet all specifications, including appearance, weight, and packaging requirements.
Operate or assist with wrapping machines, grinding equipment for shredding chocolate bars, and bagging equipment.
Complete tasks efficiently while ensuring quality and safety procedures are upheld.
Return excess materials to the designated warehouse area.
Shrink-wrap or cover unwrapped chocolate on the rack.
Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order, reporting any issues to management or maintenance.
Do not attempt to repair equipment without authorization.
Consistently meet Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and Safety standards.

Ensure all products are verified and clearly labeled.
Communicate and implement company policies and procedures, and suggest improvements for efficiency, packaging, quality, and workflow.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide support to leads and team members in other departments as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience with GMP, packaging, and general production tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Familiarity with food production, particularly in the chocolate manufacturing industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
