Start date : June 1st, 2026
Length of contract : 6-month internship, non-renewable
Reimbursement : €1.077,06 gross/month. An additional €250,00 gross/month for candidates relocating from outside Belgium is provided as relocation support
Location : VF EMEA Headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium
Post-Internship Outlook : while this internship is not designed to transition into a permanent or temporary role, opportunities may arise along the way, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Are you passionate about materials, trims, fabrics, and the full product development journey?
As a Product Developer Intern , you’ll support our Designers and Product Development team in bringing the Kipling product vision to life—from concept through execution.
In this role, you’ll help create and maintain colour forms, assist in the development of trims and fabrics, and coordinate closely with our Product Supply teams in Asia to ensure feasibility, accuracy and adherence to cost targets.
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Product Developer Intern:
Create and update seasonal colour forms in line with design direction.
Enter, update and manage colour data in PLM and Teams.
Coordinate with Product Supply and GMS teams in Asia regarding samples, materials, timelines and follow-ups.
Support the development of new trims and fabrics based on designer input while ensuring cost and quality requirements are met.
Research and source new trims, materials and innovations together with the designer.
How you will make a difference
Your sourcing support and trim research will directly shape material innovation and future product direction.
Your coordination with our Asia partners will help keep development timelines on track and within cost targets.
You will contribute to smoother seasonal processes by ensuring samples, materials and information are organized and GTM-ready.
Your curiosity and eye for new materials will help Kipling stay ahead in fabric and trim development.
What’s in it for you
During this internship, you will become an integral part of the Kipling Product Development team and gain hands‑on exposure to the full product creation cycle. Working with Designers, Product Developers and Product Supply teams in Asia, you’ll see how ideas evolve into real products.
You will learn how materials and trims are sourced, how cost and feasibility influence decision-making, and how PLM systems and cross-functional communication tools support the development process. You’ll contribute directly to seasonal milestones and Go-To-Market readiness, all within an international brand environment that values curiosity, collaboration and creativity.
