We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager to own Homepage, Campaigns & Events performance for Walmart Business. This is a visible, enterprise-facing role with direct influence on customer engagement, conversion, and growth.

What you'll do...

What You’ll Do

Homepage Strategy & Prioritization

• Own prioritization and placement strategy for the Walmart Business homepage • Translate enterprise priorities into clear, high-impact digital experiences • Define hypotheses tied to measurable KPIs before major placements • Partner with leadership to align on trade-offs and high-visibility moments

Campaigns & Events Leadership

• Lead cross-functional orchestration of site-wide Campaigns & Events • Align homepage, landing pages, and merchandising placements for cohesive execution • Ensure Campaigns & Events launch with clear success metrics and structured follow-up • Maintain forward visibility into Campaigns & Events pipeline and expected impact

Performance Accountability

• Own weekly reporting across ATC, Conversion, CTR, and Bounce Rate • Diagnose performance signals and convert them into prioritized actions • Compare expected vs. actual results and adjust approach accordingly • Scale winning tactics and sunset underperforming placements

Operating Rhythm & Discipline

• Operate within the established digital performance cadence • Present structured updates grounded in signal → hypothesis → execution → results • Partner with enablement and analytics teams to elevate rigor and consistency • Ensure Homepage, Campaigns & Events operate as strategic growth levers

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, homepage ownership, or campaign execution • Strong analytical fluency and comfort owning measurable outcomes • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Executive-ready communication skills • Ability to operate within a structured performance cadence

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within Tango, Tempo, and Wireframe • Familiarity with Smart Creative or dynamic content personalization tools • Experience executing within enterprise governance and approval workflows • Comfort presenting performance insights to senior leadership At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
