REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 4/10/26-11/8/26. Must agree to 40 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

*SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: *Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
*JOB DUTIES: *Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will mechanically till earth by tractor, seed organic vegetables and water plants in hoop house and field, transplant vegetables into fields and weed by hand and with tools. Workers will string up vegetable and fruit trees, harvest them by hand, tractor, and with a mule train, thin fruit trees by hand, grade, sort and pack fruit and vegetables, load and unload trucks, lay and remove plastic mulch, general cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of equipment and facilities to include painting, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance to include mowing, blowing, and weedeating. Workers must be able to lift 50 lbs. All produce is organic, workers must have 2 months verifiable experience with organic farming and operating a 80+ hp tractor. Those workers with drivers licenses will transport produce from employers field to packing shed and market. (non CDL). Approximately 10 workers are anticipated to begin on or around April 10th, and another 22 workers are anticipated to begin on or around May 31st, 2026.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
*WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: *Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
