Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and strong cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Plan and execute outbound shipments aligned with sales orders and delivery schedules
Review warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Partner with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular audits
Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) efficiently
Process and reconcile logistics-related invoices
Maintain order traceability and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
Monitor inventory levels and manage order cycles to ensure product availability
Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports
Support logistics system automation and process improvement initiatives

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data analysis and reporting
Experience with ERP systems; Python or other coding experience is a plus
