Golden Corral Social Media Manager / Content Creator (In-Restaurant Role)- Server in Bensalem, Pennsylvania

About the Role We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager / Content Creator to grow our restaurant’s online presence through real, in-the-moment content. This is not a remote role — you must be in the restaurant capturing content during busy hours. What You’ll Do Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Capture real-time video/photos of food, guests, and team Post consistently (3–5 times per week) Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings Optional: Serve & Earn More Want more hours and income? You can also work server shifts to earn tips while gaining real experience that helps you create better content. Schedule Requirements Must be available some evenings and weekends Must work on-site during peak hours for content capture Employment Options Employee (W-2): Hourly + optional serving shifts Independent Contractor (1099): Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly) What We’re Looking For Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment Up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera) Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated Restaurant experience is a plus ?
