Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Near You
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance across buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, along with general construction skills.
Pay: Up to $35/hour
Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial mechanical systems.
Perform painting, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks.
Change office setups and assist with office furniture installations and inventory.
Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and shovels.
Be available for emergency maintenance as needed.
Manage projects using plans and drawings; maintain tools and material stock.
Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests and perform preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.

Work Environment
The position is based in commercial properties in Bensalem, with some work in Bear, DE, or South Jersey. The standard hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
