Overview
Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers for our ExpressCare locations in Bennington and North Adams, MA. The ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of experience in an urgent care setting.

Salary range $126,000 - $140,000
Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
National specialty certification as FNP, PNP, Acute or Primary Care A-GNP, WHNP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Required Licensure/Certifications
Eligible for RN licensure in the State of VT and MA (APRN only)
Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of VT and MA
Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
BLS certification

Pay Range:$78,603.20/Yr. - $117,894.40/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week
