Job Title: Construction Laborer Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Glass Installer to expertly install new glass windows and fixtures for multi-family and residential new builds. This role involves working with a team to ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Remove and replace damaged window screens and hardware.
Adjust windows and doors as needed.
Inspect and troubleshoot window problems.
Interact professionally with customers and homeowners.
Utilize tape measures, hand tools, and power tools effectively.
Perform tasks that require heavy lifting.
Essential Skills
Experience in warehouse, moving, furniture, doors, windows.
Ability to repair and service.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Experience in construction or solar industry, commercial or residential.
Skilled in using tape measures.
Capability to handle heavy lifting and glass materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Clean DMV record.
Punctuality and reliability.
Detail-oriented approach.
Previous experience with glass installations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benicia, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
