Experience in delivering technical infrastructure or migration programs.
Experience anticipating risks and proposing solutions before they become blockers.
Ability to work with distributed systems, backend APIs, and mobile/web serving stacks.

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure shifts, such as the CoW migration (Client-only Wiz) or client unification, ensuring zero-downtime and seamless developer adoption.
Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks in our release pipelines and tooling, making GenAI feature development simple.
Apply deep technical understanding to evaluate trade-offs between legacy systems and modern architectures like Video Scheduler.
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
