About you:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Strategic Planning Lead Analyst with knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry and 8+ years’ experience in managing Strategic Technology Programs.
Specifically, you will bring:
A strong understanding of technology infrastructure, system design, and data & analytics
Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Proven ability to operate across multiple portfolios, initiatives, and delivery teams
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive‑ready reporting and facilitate alignment across technology, business, and delivery stakeholders
High attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining authoritative sources of truth
Strong stakeholder‑management capabilities, enabling effective coordination with business and technology partners across roadmaps, governance, and repositories
The ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and support Strategy Leads by consolidating diverse inputs into clear, structured documentation
A continuous‑improvement mindset, with an interest in refining templates, reporting patterns, and roadmap‑management practices
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Planning Lead Analyst, you will support the creation and ongoing evolution of the Strategic Technology Roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are documented, structured, and sequenced in alignment with the established governance model and roadmap standards.
Specifically, you will:
Maintain and evolve roadmap artefacts (e.g. initiative definitions, value statements, inventories, visuals, and status reporting) as authoritative sources of truth
Track progress across roadmap initiatives, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and key decisions, and proactively raising risks or concerns through appropriate governance channels
Prepare executive‑ready reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into roadmap status, delivery progress, and alignment with strategic priorities
Monitor changes across the technology and business landscape (new requests, shifting priorities, emerging risks) and assess their impact on roadmap integrity and sequencing
Drive continuous improvement of roadmap‑management practices, including templates, tooling, tracking approaches, and reporting mechanisms
Support Strategy Leads during strategic assessments by gathering input, consolidating data, and maintaining structured documentation that informs strategy and roadmap development
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, encouraging constructive dialogue, knowledge sharing, and team development
