Honeywell Sr Embedded Eng Supervisor in Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Centricity and Sentiment: Champion customer experience initiatives, including the development and application of MOS for key customers, to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Program Leadership: Lead programs with a strong focus on schedule adherence, Estimated at Completion (EAC) accuracy, milestone fidelity (MF), and quality standards.

  • Implement Productivity Strategies: Identify and execute initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across teams and processes.

  • People Engagement and Competency Development: Foster a culture of engagement by supporting professional growth, providing learning opportunities, and developing team competencies.

  • Foster Innovation and Growth: Encourage creative thinking and the adoption of new ideas to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Talent Recruitment and Succession Planning: Recruit top talent and build robust succession plans to ensure organizational continuity and leadership strength.

  • Promote Inclusion and Diversity: Create an inclusive work environment that values diversity and ensures all voices are heard and respected.

  • Achieve Performance Outcomes: Deliver on key performance indicators, including a PLI score and a VOE

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering or a technical discipline such as science, technology, or mathematics.

  • 12+ years of experience in embedded software development.

  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as C and C++.

  • Experience with hardware and software integration.

  • Familiarity with embedded systems development tools and methodologies.

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-centric or operational setting.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity, and team development.

  • Track record of driving results and achieving measurable business outcomes.

  • Innovative mindset with an openness to change and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
