Honeywell Sr Data Management Analyst in Bengaluru, India
In this role you should be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for data migration within the supply chain domain. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP modules, leadership skills to guide a team of Technical Engineers and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Should take complete ownership for the ETL process for data migration for MM, PP, WM, and SD SAP modules.
Within our SAP data practice, you will deliver end‑to‑end data migration activities across SAP transformation programs for MM, PP, WM, and SD modules.
Act as the primary technical advisor for supply chain-related SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Defining and managing the data workstream plan and resourcing.
Collaborate with Solution Architects/Business to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP supply chain processes during data migration.
Providing quality assurance over technical activities involving the use of ETL tools
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders for project delivery and support.
Supporting broader activities of profiling, cleansing, and validation.
Communicating risks, issues, and progress to senior stakeholders
Support testing cycles and cutover with accurate data loads.
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ Data Integration/Data Migration and full cycle experience for large, complex SAP ERP projects
Strong technical expertise in SAP Supply chain modules (MM, PP, WM, SD).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, LTMC and Fiori applications is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience 6+ Informatica - Power Center, IICS , IDQ , 6+ Oracle SQL development or similar, 2+ scripts language like Shell script and Python
2+ Knowledge with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics tools
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience in global supply chain environments.
Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies such as AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Certification in SAP Supply Chain or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
