Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
Ability to write test cases in Jira and conduct testing
Test the product and drive resolution of defects
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools, such as Selenium, to ensure efficient and accurate testing
Execute automated test scripts and report any defects or issues found during testing
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in SQL to write complex queries for data extraction
2+ years of experience in REST API Testing using Postman
Work experience related to payment processing in healthcare including claim and adjustments
Experience with X12 files, specifically 835 format, dual spec, acknowledgment files, ISeries, NACHA and remittance
Experience with Virtual Card issuing and check payments based on payment preferencing
Proven highly organized and self-driven, capable of working with little or no supervision
Solid multitasking skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage deliverables on tight timelines and find creative solutions to any issues that arise
Fluent in healthcare and banking terminology to understand the payment flow specifically treasury
Ability to understand HIPAA compliance
Ability to run Linux commands for file management
Worked on Document creation and print trails including PRAs, reports and portal views
