Senior Product Manager for Fleet Solutions is a key strategic position in SEI Fleet Solutions responsible for product definition, planning, specification, development, and GTM/commercialization for Imaging 360 Digital Solutions and ecosystem. This includes managing the solution offerings throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements from all cross-functional stakeholders, defining the product vision, providing the product direction per the customer value propositions and market viability, and working closely with Senior Leadership, Regional leaders and cross-functional teams by applying Supercharge Product Management guiding principle.

Essential Responsibilities:
This role will lead the extended product team to deliver a multi-modality fleet solutions that enables enterprise radiology organizations to improve consistency and standardization across multiple sites and optimize imaging department productivity, efficiency & resource allocation, which frees up more time for Imaging and Radiology Directors and their teams to focus more on patient care and less around workflow disruptions and dissatisfied staff.
The individual has wing to wing product ownership throughout the application lifecycle, will work closely with engineering, quality assurance, regulatory, support, service, sales and marketing teams to ensure the product solution meet the customer needs and supports overall business strategy and goals.
The ideal candidate will:
Understand and quantify the market segments and target personas for fleet management application capabilities via market research and VOC.
Define customer value propositions based on the good understandings of customer challenges and clinical workflow.
Own the strategic product roadmap & customer feature sets for the solution offerings per the customer value propositions and market viability
Own the product scope, provide the product inputs to engineering team for technical scope and user requirement development
Define the features/capabilities at solution level for each external release, work with cross-functional team to evaluate feature set vs. cost and timing tradeoffs while ensuring it is consistent with business and product portfolio strategies
Partner with product marketing and regions on competitive analysis and ensures that features and capabilities across the product roadmap are competitive in our target markets
Work with Commercial Marketing to create the requisite sales enablement tools, marketing collaterals.
Together with the product, marketing and clinical lead, manages the MEs and launch/market readiness activities for new software releases
Develop luminary relationships with KOLs/reference accounts, work with marketing and customer insight team on evidence generation to quantify the customers values
Own the Business case and justification for NPI investment.
Have knowledge of software subscription business model. Responsible for price setting to optimize adoption, competitiveness and profitability.
Partner with regions on service operations on delivery readiness.
Track/measure customer success and product performance via operational metrics scorecards for Subscription offering such as #of subscribers, adoption/retention/renewal/churn rates.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor' s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline, or 10 years of progressive engineering, business, operations or commercial experience.
Required Skills:
10 years progressive experience in Product Development and/or leading a product life-cycle management
10 years experience in global project leadership with proven track record to drive global teams to deliver on business and program goals
Specific healthcare industry or GE experience leading a GE business unit.
Demonstrated strategic planning, product management, and operational execution.
Technical competency in business and financial analysis
Exemplary leadership and functional management skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team.
Ability to engage with and deliver GE value proposition to senior level contacts within account and/or prospective customer organizations.
Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts.
Cross culture awareness
Strong working knowledge of local language (written and verbal).
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills as evidenced by ability to build support, loyalty, commitment, and passion within the matrixed team
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.

Desired Characteristics:
Advanced degree in Engineering Science, or Product Marketing
Business Planning: Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the site. Demonstrated competency in providing leadership and direction in regards to cross-functional aspects of R&D/technology development
Business’ Technology MGPD: Excellent multi-generational planning and rationalization experience with an excellent understanding of the business’ product knowledge, systems, platforms, processes (e.g. diagnostic workflows, Study Management) and core functional technologies (e.g. imaging modalities/diagnostic imaging hardware and processes, Radiopharmaceuticals).
Functional Experience: Excellent program management, organizational design, execution planning and control competency
Product, Clinical, Technology & Scientific Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of patient/customer and segment related clinical applications and workflow as well as scientific/engineering methods/theory with an affinity for technology and clinical solutions within a functional domain
Product Life Cycle: Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire new product development cycle, managing Field Maintenance Instructions (FMIs) and Installed Base releases
Strong business acumen as well as customer focused influencing skills
Demonstrated GE leadership values
Understanding of regulated Healthcare industry
Previous experience in regulated medical device company
Six sigma/5S/Lean trained
