Description
Technical skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Statistical analysis tools and techniques, and SQL/ETL
Experience with data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

Key job responsibilities
Drive daily execution of speed improvement initiatives across India's fulfillment network, monitoring 0D/1D/2D GVS metrics to meet customer promises. Lead cross-functional coordination between First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams for program delivery. Analyze root causes of speed degradation and develop corrective action plans. Manage capacity planning and resource allocation supporting speed objectives. Partner with FC operations, transportation, and planning teams to resolve operational bottlenecks. Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review. Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce transit time variability. Escalate critical issues and communicate operational challenges to senior stakeholders.
About the team
Your morning starts reviewing overnight delivery performance dashboards, identifying speed metric deviations across the network. You join the daily operations call with field ops to address capacity constraints and transit time delays. Mid-morning involves analyzing root causes for yesterday's speed drops in specific regions, coordinating with Last Mile partners on corrective actions. Afternoon is spent in cross-functional meetings planning next week's peak volume strategy and updating speed program trackers. You conduct a deep dive on persistent bottlenecks with your team, then prepare executive updates on weekly performance trends. Evening wraps with stakeholder emails and planning tomorrow's priorities.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
