Job Summary:
Integrated Business Planning Data Analyst manage data integration, quality, and reporting tasks across multiple business systems throughout various departments. You will own the data validation, syncing, hygiene, and continuous improvement of supply chain data. You will be responsible for oversight of Data Management processes to identify, track, and resolve data issues, with appropriate escalation and status reporting as needed involving cross-functional coordination. You will work with cross-functional departments to determine their data process and improve the availability, reliability, reporting, and visualization of the data assets. This position will assist Director, Integrated Business Planning with Supply Chain organization-wide data governance.
Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst:
Investigate large datasets and anticipate trends on data to identify opportunities for growth or optimization
Contribute to data modeling, documentation, and best practices and advocate for data quality and consistency
Create and maintain dashboards and reports through visualization tools for leadership teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, Business Systems) to provide accurate and relevant insights
Provide and present insights and conclusions into business needs clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Required qualifications of the Senior Data Analyst:
3-5 years of business experience with Microsoft Power BI, developing reports, and dashboards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with an expert level in Excel functions (VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Experience managing data projects involving multiple lines of business systems as well as cloud-based applications
Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivated to find additional opportunities for insights and outcomes.
Proven skills in being process-driven, organized and analytical and have an understanding for data, analytics and measurement
Experience at mentoring junior analysts or leading small analytical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Data Analyst:
Experience integrating and leveraging data assets from various systems and cloud-based application. Current technology stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, ConnectWise, etc.
Proficiency in SQL or analytical programming languages such as Python or R
Understanding of the audiovisual (AV) industry, including common technologies, integration workflows, system components, and industry standards
Innovative with a critical/creative thinker mindset
