Description
Amazon Hub (formerly I Have Space program) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive distribution expansion through strategic lead generation and store onboarding initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding our last-mile delivery network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding retail partners who serve as delivery points for Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilities
### Lead Generation & Distribution Expansion
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify potential Amazon Hub partner locations
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective retail partners across assigned territories
Analyze market data and demographics to prioritize high-value expansion opportunities
Set and achieve quarterly and annual store onboarding targets
### Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Design and implement go-to-market approaches tailored to different retail segments and geographic markets
Create compelling value propositions that resonate with potential partner stores
Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and training materials for field teams
Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates
### Stakeholder Engagement & Field Operations
Partner closely with last-mile station teams including Cluster Managers, Site Leads, team leads, and ADEs (Account development executives)
Enable and empower field teams to conduct effective store visits and partner conversations
Conduct joint field visits to model best practices and provide hands-on coaching
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless program execution
### Program Management & Operations
Own end-to-end onboarding process from initial contact through store activation
Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-activation
Identify and remove blockers that impede store onboarding progress
Implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently
### Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Create executive-level dashboards and reports on program performance
Conduct post-mortems on successful and unsuccessful onboarding attempts
Use insights to continuously refine lead generation and conversion strategies
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
