Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong Total Rewards expertise to support BUs. This role combines HRBP responsibilities (≈60%) with deep Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics expertise (≈40%). The incumbent will operate in a complex, global matrix environment with high stakeholder depth and strategic visibility.
HR Business Partnering (Primary Scope – 60%)
Serve as HRBP for BUs
Drive associate experience, engagement, and issue resolution.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and adaptive thinking.
Manage stakeholder relationships across global and cross‑functional teams.
Lead career development conversations, succession planning, and talent progression.
Manage a large and complex stakeholder base.
Support organization design initiatives and restructuring interventions.
Total Rewards & COE Expertise (40%)
Mandatory understanding and hands-on experience in Total Rewards.
Analyze attrition trends; present insights and action recommendations.
Conduct benefits benchmarking and propose enhancements.
Perform job evaluations, grading, and compensation structuring.
Develop and manage compensation frameworks.
Exhibit strong HR analytics capability:
Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency (must-have).
