We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Martech platforms with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a passion for automation, AI driven solutions, and digital marketing platforms . This role goes beyond traditional development—it requires a consultative mindset , the ability to design intelligent systems , and a drive to optimize digital experiences through data and innovation.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

(Roles and responsibilities)

  • Solid teamwork & collaboration skills, ability to motivate the team to be highly productive and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and other Similar frameworks and Technologies.

  • Significant experience in handling various kinds of tasks related to build, enhancements, and Maintenance

  • Convert HLD into LLD by defining data structures, algorithms, class diagrams, detailed functional logic, API references, table/schema etc.

  • Perform task delegation and manage expectations of the

  • Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies.

  • Take part in requirement clarification with business side and adjust technical solutions to these requirements

  • Creation and support of batch and real-time data pipelines built on AWS technologies including Redshift/Spectrum, Snap logic, Camunda & Datahub.

  • Introduce, maintain and improve processes related to development, Supporting other teams, working within teams, code deployment, code management etc.

  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices and

  • Ability to think creatively to push beyond the boundaries of existing practices and

  • Use knowledge to create new and improve existing processes in terms of design and

  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of

  • Research and evaluate a variety of software

  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and

  • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the

  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related

  • Package and support deployment of

  • Participate , plan and execute in team building activities fun

Qualifications

Essential skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or have equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 5+ years as an engineering leader in customer facing roles as a FULL stack Developer.

  • Demonstrated experience driving delivery through strong delivery practices, across complex programs of

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a technical

  • Must be detail oriented and can manage multiple tasks

  • Willingness to learn new skills and apply them for developing new-age

  • OOPS, .Net Framework, C#, REST APIs

  • MVC, WEB API,

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and J-query Unit Testing (NUnit).

  • Cloud (AWS/Azure).

  • Has knowledge of front-end framework such as (React/Angular)

  • Strong Relational database design Must have knowledge of Database models.

  • Excellent Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactional modeling, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and object usage.

  • Knowledge of version control tools like GitHub, VSTS etc is a

  • Should have performed Developer and a Lead role in at least 3 large end-to-end

  • Should have good experience in performance tuning of ETL programs & debugging in

  • Design

  • Experience solving complex and large-scale software

  • Agile Development, Dev Ops (CI/CD).

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Web Services (WCF), Rest APIs, Windows

  • Other web tools, Web Performance

  • Responsive web (Bootstrap).

  • Proficient in AWS Redshift, S3

  • Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactional modeling, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and object

  • Database performance Advanced knowledge of system tuning performances. Ability to analyze and debug complex technical solutions.

  • Experience with Unix/Linux command-line and bash shell is a good to

  • Experience in AWS, Redshift or equivalent databases, Lambda functions, Snowflake DB

  • Proficient in Unix Shell scripting and good to have

  • Knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, AMI etc

  • Understanding on AI, LLM and N8N
