Honeywell Lead IT Analyst in Bengaluru, India

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining & coordination of multiple applications within the SAP domain including working on S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5 and FIORI. This position is under the Enterprise IT function and will interact with & primarily support key business stakeholders performing by Architecting and Designing solutions. The role will provide input into the overall roadmap SAP in Honeywell and help design / build architecturally sound and maintainable solutions to meet business objectives, while partnering with Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead project delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands on work to meet project milestones.

  • Assist leaders to manage change

  • Ensure Audit compliance & software currency

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or engineering.

  • 10+ years of technical/functional experience within SAP with expertise in ABAP, interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, PDF forms, Solution manager and Advanced Debugging skills.

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience and expertise with S4 HANA, UI5 and FIORI.

  • Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment

  • Experience / knowledge in workflow tools (AgilePoint, Power Apps)

  • Technical skills in Excel (macros & add-ins)

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value

  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer focus

  • Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma to ensure highly efficient processes
