Description
Support configuration and enhancement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (e.g., SailPoint or equivalent).
Assist in implementing and optimizing identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
Contribute to development and maintenance of role-based access control (RBAC) models and access standards.
Support engineering and administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.
Assist in integrating enterprise applications with centralized authentication services (SSO, federation, MFA).
Participate in IAM architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise security design standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IAM configurations, workflows, and integration patterns.
Support reporting and validation of access governance controls to meet compliance and audit requirements.
Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting tools such as PowerShell.
Assist in evaluation and testing of IAM platform enhancements and new capabilities.

This position develops foundational engineering capability in IAM platform configuration, identity lifecycle automation, and secure access architecture aligned with enterprise security standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university.
0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM engineering, IT infrastructure, or related technology roles preferred. Strong fresh graduates with relevant academic or project experience will be considered.
Foundational understanding of identity and access management principles, including authentication, authorization, RBAC, and least privilege.
Basic familiarity with directory services such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and/or Active Directory preferred.
Awareness of identity governance concepts and IAM platforms preferred.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) or demonstrated ability to learn automation technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cloud identity concepts (Azure or AWS environments).
Relevant entry-level certifications such as Microsoft Identity certifications, CompTIA Security , or similar.
Academic or internship experience supporting identity or access control solutions.
