About the Team

Business Excellence & Transformation team collaborates with department leadership to identify and develop operational excellence initiatives that are of strategic importance across business units. The role is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing data, identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic planning and decision-making process of the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments/operation teams to deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis, dashboarding, and variance analysis. The role will also drive efficiency through small- to medium-scale automations using Microsoft Power Platform, VBA, and RPA tools.

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Ability to break down End to End process to identify improvement opportunities and create transformation roadmap.

  • Use skill and judgement to influence and engage with senior stakeholders/leaders to put forward compelling business cases

  • Support the successful execution of the Process Excellence program, by identification of improvement opportunities, defining robust methodologies, involving suitable individuals into the program and marketing of successes.

  • Governance around Performance measurement and Reporting.

  • Develop and lead the change management program that establishes a culture of excellence and leads the organization to sustainable levels of Process and Business Excellence.

  • Manage the team of Managers/Sr. Managers (Black Belts) and ensure high service delivery and execution.

  • Foster a cross-functional project management culture, implementing and standardizing appropriate tools, practices, processes, and systems.

  • Excellent Communication skills, decisive and action oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.

  • Persuasive and determined, able to convince multiple stakeholders and to handle complex/conflict situations.

  • Ability to foster mindset change, build trust to bring focus on obtaining mutual success.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Six Sigma Trained or Certified or relevant professional certification like PMP is desirable (not mandatory)

  • Total work experience of 14-16 years

  • Experience of managing medium to large scale change initiatives

  • Strategic mindset and fundamental desire to drive efficiently

  • Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, good problem-solving skills, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured.

  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with multiple priorities.

  • Ability to foster mindset change, overcoming resistance and barriers

  • Excellent Analytical Skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point

  • Ability to develop and execute propositions

  • Knowledge of Statistical Tools (Minitab, R, SPSS etc.)

  • Exposure to intelligent automation
