We are seeking a result driven Campaign Analyst with 3–6 years of experience with a passion for client success, digital marketing, media planning, and campaign operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning digital display campaigns aligned with client strategies, processing inputs from sales, and delivering media planning activities using various workflow tools and in-house digital platforms. You will configure campaign settings, review creative assets, and build line items to ensure accurate campaign setup and successful delivery.
As a Campaign Analyst, you will collaborate with global Sales teams and internal partners throughout the campaign lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in optimizing implementation strategies, resolving issues, and identifying process improvements to enhance media planning efficiency.

Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new accounts to the platform.
Lead campaign launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
Capture and document campaign requirements (budgets, targeting, creatives, Key Performance Indicator, timelines) accurately in the ticketing system for execution.
Create, update, and track campaign tickets in the workflow tool, ensuring all campaign details are complete, accurate, and timely.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams by assigning, monitoring, and closing tickets to ensure seamless handoffs and campaign delivery.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, and troubleshooting.
Monitor campaign performance regularly, ensuring delivery against Key Performance Indicator such as reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, and Return On Investment.
Optimize campaigns continuously through bid adjustments, creative testing, audience targeting, and budget reallocations.
Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including media plans, insertion orders, creative specs, and trafficking sheets.
Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
Troubleshoot campaigns and optimize as necessary to increase Return On Investment for clients.
Conduct peer QA of media plan settings for accuracy and compliance
Recommend platform enhancements to improve workflow and campaign execution
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in media planning, reporting, or ad operations
Exposure to digital/retail media and display advertising campaigns
Strong communication skills and a track record of working across teams and departments to achieve goals.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ticketing environment
Great teammate with accountability and a collaborative approach
Creative problem-solver with the ability to think creatively
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
