Honeywell Business Systems Analyst in Hyderabad, India
Associates join as a cohort, receive intensive hands-on training across cutting-edge technology domains, and work on real Proof of Concept (POC) projects solving live Honeywell Aerospace business challenges.
At the end of the 12-month program, high-performing Associates graduate into permanent roles within the Honeywell Aerospace IT organization globally — making this one of the most direct pathways into a world-class technology career at a leading industrial aerospace company.
Structured Technical Training (Months 1–4)
Participate in an intensive, hands-on training program designed and delivered by the Lead Enterprise Architect and senior Honeywell technologists
Build foundational and applied skills across priority technology domains:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning — Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, LLMs
ERP & S4 Hana — enterprise data, business process, and system architecture fundamentals
Data Engineering — data pipelines, cloud platforms, analytics, and visualization
DevOps & Cloud — CI/CD, containerization, cloud-native development
Complete assignments, labs, and assessments to demonstrate learning and earn your POC project assignment
POC Project Delivery (Months 4–10)
Work in small teams under the mentorship of the Lead Architect to design and build a POC solving a real Honeywell Aerospace business problem
Own a defined workstream within your POC — from problem definition through solution design, build, testing, and business presentation
Present your POC outcomes to senior IT and business leaders at the Lab's quarterly Demo Days
Collaborate with Honeywell business stakeholders (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering) to understand real-world problem context
Graduation & Career Transition (Months 10–12)
Work with the India Regions leadership team to identify your graduation role within the broader Honeywell Aerospace IT organization
Transition your POC learnings, documentation, and any ongoing workstreams to the receiving IT tower
Participate in the graduation showcase — presenting your Lab journey and outcomes to global IT leadership
Begin your permanent IT role within Honeywell Aerospace, fully equipped with hands-on experience and a proven track record
YOU MUST HAVE
Recent graduate (within 2 years) from a B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA program from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering institution
Strong academic performance with demonstrated technical aptitude in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines
Hands-on experience with programming (Python, Java, or equivalent) through coursework, projects, or internships
Genuine curiosity for technology and a desire to solve real-world problems — not just pass exams
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in English
WE VALUE
Prior internship experience in a technology company or startup
Exposure to AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or SAP through coursework or self-learning
Participation in hackathons, technical competitions, or open-source projects
Demonstrated leadership in academic clubs, technical societies, or team projects
