Description
Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, and similar platforms.
Apply process-oriented and analytical thinking to identify and prioritize automation use cases based on efficiency, ROI, and risk reduction.
Build low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or comparable tools while promoting citizen development under governance.
Integrate AI services and capabilities into enterprise/GIS workflows; connect systems via APIs, data connectors, and cloud integrations.
Handle data transformation, validation, and security for automated processes; document automation lifecycles for traceability and change management.
Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams; communicate outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical audiences; adapt delivery to agile methods (backlog, sprints).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in workflow automation or RPA engineering.
Proficiency with automation/RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and low code application development.
Awareness of AI/ML capabilities and how to integrate them into enterprise workflows.
Strong integration and data management skills across APIs and cloud services; governance and security awareness.
Experience managing automation backlogs and sprint commitments in agile environments.
Knowledge of compliance standards related to data privacy, audit, and security
