Why are we looking for you?
The Data Solutions Technician is responsible for working with our Sales and support teams to provide the highest quality products and services to our internal and external customers. Primary responsibility is timely and accurate delivery of statistical models, count/list fulfillments and accurate billing. You will support both online and offline marketing campaigns. Supplies delivery information to customers, service bureaus, and other internal partners. Good in decision making, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do?
Execute count / order parameters to client/sales specifications via proprietary systems
Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes
Meet and maintain departmental quality key performance indicators
Finance Administration / Internal Billing Support and SOX Compliance
Timely execution of deliverables meeting/exceeding defined deadlines
Attain proficiency thresholds within required interval
Maintain working knowledge of Industry, systems, process, and products in an ever-changing environment
Participating in training sessions as scheduled to supplement required technical knowledge
Manage and prioritize assigned workload
Applies and maintains privacy and data security standards appropriately
Work on process improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree preferred
Computer Skills: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working in Windows, GUI, and Command Line interfaces such Unix (as applicable)
1-3 year previous experience
Preferred Bangalore based resources willing to work in Hybrid model @ Office Premises
Work Timings: 8 AM – 5 PM or 1PM – 10 PM or 6 PM to 3 AM (Variable Shift with cab facility)
Experience with business process oriented operations is preferred
Ability to learn and become proficient with new tools is a must (training will be provided)
Customer focused – similar customer services experience
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly in an ever-changing environment
Flexible and adaptable in managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate ability to communicate at a high level (written and verbal) in the English language
