About the Business Unit:

  • You have a proven track record in conceptualising and delivering 360° brand campaigns for global brands, across digital, social, web, and print

  • You combine creative vision with technical mastery: you’re adept at designing for digital, web, landing page, digital, social and 360 corporate communication needs - covering presentations, UI/UX design thinking, video and photo editing, templating and automation solutions

What You’ll Enjoy in This Role:

  • Being a core part of the India Brand Team, shaping how the brand shows up in India and globally

  • Collaborating with global marketing, creative, and tech teams on shared brand priorities

  • Conceptualising and delivering end-to-end brand campaigns for internal, external, social, and digital landscapes

  • Designing across a mix of media and platforms: web, landing pages, digital, social, newsletters, emailers, posters, reels, banners, presentations, collaterals, videos and films

  • Working and experimenting with modern design workflows, including advanced AI-assisted tools, editing and automation solutions

  • Supporting and managing shoots, events, and production with external vendors and in-house teams

Responsibilities

  • Own visual design and art direction for India brand initiatives across digital, web, social, campaigns, and select print needs

  • Conceptualise and visualise integrated campaigns, translating briefs independently into compelling mood boards, mockups, and cohesive collateral across internal, external, digital, and social touchpoints- including both static and interactive formats for print, web, and events

  • Design and evolve website pages, landing pages, digital assets, and user experiences with mastery of UI/UX principles

  • Create layouts and visual systems for digital newsletters, email communications, and presentations (PowerPoint), elevating design and storytelling

  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, versatile design ideas and layout skills to ensure clarity, impact, freshness of design and brand consistency across deliverables

  • Produce and brainstorm concepts, prototypes, storyboards, animations, and small reels/videos; support shoots and provide visual creative direction to production houses

  • Use advanced, hands-on AI tools for design and automation - driving productivity and creative exploration beyond basic image generation

  • Actively trendwatch and bring fresh, relevant ideas from social and design landscapes into campaigns

  • Collaborate closely with the India Brand Team, global creative and tech teams, and external vendors for alignment and consistency

  • Present ideas confidently to senior leaders and partners, explaining design decisions, giving clear feedback, and responding thoughtfully to input from others

  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, balancing speed, clarity, and attention to detail

  • Develop mood boards, campaign ideas, and fresh creative solutions for new briefs; independently interpret and elevate creative campaign briefs

  • Solve design and tech problems, suggest and implement templatising and automation solutions to boost productivity

  • Foster a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment, encouraging creativity and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of visual hierarchy, 360 campaign conceptualization & layouts, typography, graphic design principles, color theory, balance and composition

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and PowerPoint

  • Deep experience designing for web, landing pages, digital platforms, social media, email newsletters, and presentations

  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and web workflows, and ability to conceptualize design for web independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external development and production teams

  • Hands-on experience with advanced and emerging AI tools for design, productivity enhancement, editing, templating and automation

  • Ability to spot and apply digital, social and design trends; stay fresh and versatile

  • Working knowledge of basic animation, video production, and shoot direction

  • Experience with HTML, UI/UX design, and automation/templatizing/editing solutions is valued

  • Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout systems, and brand consistency

  • Confident communication and presentation skills, able to give and receive feedback

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Supportive, curious, and committed to long-term growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • 12–14 years of experience in visual design roles within brand, digital, or communication teams
