Robert Half Litigation Legal Assistant in Bend, Oregon
Description
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team in Bend, OR to handle litigation matters ranging from commercial, environmental, tribal law and municipal matters. This role supports 4 attorneys and 1 paralegal and has the flexibility to be worked in a hybrid capacity up to fully remote with quarterly attendance. Oregon litigation experience is required.
The salary range for the role is 75-95k with additional bonus earnings. The firm provides medical, dental, vision, life and AD& D insurance, a 401k, 17 days PTO, 10 court holidays, 5 reduced work day and additional perks.
Responsibilities include:
Calendaring; Electronic filings with the state and federal courts; Prepping, proofreading and formatting pleadings and other litigation documents; Corresponding with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of experience with Oregon litigation cases; proven accuracy filing with state and federal courts; experience drafting legal documents; technically savvy with various office and legal software; superb organizational and calendaring skills; ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as autonomously.
