Job Summary:
The role provides frontline Human Resources service and administrative support for Concordia Language Villages, with responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, employee support and office operations. This role serves as a first point of contact for CLV employees and applicants, and coordinates closely with the CLV HR Business Partner and Moorhead HR operations to ensure consistent processes, compliance, and employee experience. This role assists with year-round and seasonal staffing cycles and supports governance-related administrative activities

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with employment-related regulations
Ability to work on-site with flexibility during peak seasonal periods
Skills & Abilities:
Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage interruptions, and maintain attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Customer-service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Comfort learning and using multiple administrative and HR systems
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of employees and applicants
