Beltrami County Building Maintenance Mechanic I in Bemidji, Minnesota
Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a full-time, benefited Building Maintenance Mechanic I. Responsibilities include building maintenance to maintain a clean, comfortable and safe working environment for occupants. The successful candidate will be assigned to work Tuesday - Saturday in all county buildings as needed. Shift times will be as follows: Tuesday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm OR 6 am - 2:30 pm and Saturday 6 am - 2:30 pm OR 8 am - 4:30 pm. Performs difficult skilled trades work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Facility & Safety Director. Preferred hiring salary range is $26.08 to $28.50 per hour with a full range of $26.08 to $33.03 per hour.
