Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Services Supervisor, under direction of the Director, performs regular EVS duties for part of their position. In addition to EVS duties, the supervisor collaborates on hiring, coaching, training, and discipline of EVS employees. Ensures patient and customer satisfaction and good public relations are achieved through the efficient uses of resources.

Serves as a resource to and collaborates with others to advance the hospital mission. Keeps the Director informed at all times and assists as necessary. Executes responsibilities based on objectives, guidelines, and hospital philosophy. Work is performed independently, with latitude for independent judgment and initiative.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate / GED

No Travel Required

2 years experience of EVS supervisory experience in a hospital or clinical setting - required
